Scout support
How can we help?
Email us for help with Scout on a leader phone, shared iPad, or the operator website.
Contact support
Email hello@scout.restaurant. Include your store name, device type, Scout screen, and a short description of what happened.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, private photos, or unnecessary workforce information by email.
Email Scout supportSigning in
Scout accounts are created and managed by your restaurant operator. If your email, role, store access, password, or authenticator needs to change, contact your operator first. Scout support can help the operator investigate service issues but will not bypass restaurant authorization.
Station board
If the board does not refresh or a station change fails, keep the app open, confirm the device is online, and use the retry or refresh action shown in Scout. Scout confirms database writes before displaying success.
Operational checks and photos
If a submission or upload fails, keep the form open and retry after checking the connection. Camera and photo-library access can be changed in iOS Settings. A photo is not treated as submitted until Scout confirms the full operational check.
Learning pathways
Pathways and assignments are managed by the restaurant operator. If a requirement is missing or a sign-off is not permitted, ask the operator to confirm the published pathway and verifier policy.
Privacy and data requests
Read the Scout Privacy Policy. You may contact your restaurant or email hello@scout.restaurant to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
Security reports
Report suspected unauthorized access or a security issue promptly to hello@scout.restaurant. Include only the information needed to reproduce or investigate the issue.
